Mapping Educator Experiences

As a leading provider of student evaluation software in the country, our client aimed to gain deeper insights into K-12 educators who utilize their products for administering tests to their students. While they maintained excellent relationships with the purchasers of their product, the feedback from teachers who were the primary users of their software was overwhelmingly negative.

To tackle this challenge, our team worked closely with the client to map out the teacher journey, highlighting crucial touchpoints, and identifying areas for improvement. Through our comprehensive analysis, we pinpointed the key levers for change, enabling our client to make targeted improvements that resulted in a significant improvement in the overall sentiment among teachers.

Role & responsibilities.

Lead Strategist

Facilitated successful collaborative design sessions for diverse stakeholders, resulting in actionable solutions.

Conducted research interviews with educators and school administrators nationwide, synthesizing findings to inform strategic decision-making.

Devised an innovative and comprehensive engagement strategy, aimed at championing teachers, fostering collaboration among them, and enhancing the quality of communication between our client and teachers.
